What is your booking process?

After we have gone over all the details we will send over an S+B Proposal for you to look over. Once you have accepted the quote an electronic contract will be sent to be signed. The signed contract and a 50% deposit will fully book your date! (happy dance) Full balance to be paid at 2 weeks prior to the event. 

 

Right now I do not reserve/hold dates. 

 

I do not offer refunds BUT with enough notice, date changes can be accepted, subject to availability. 

 

Can you travel?

 

I am based in Tulsa but an Oklahoma company. I am willing to travel for larger events to other cities. I do consider each request individually so please get in touch to discuss your event. 

 

Do you provide the tables? 

 

I do not provide the tables (YET) so you will need to provide them. I do have a list of recommendations for local companies to rent from. 

 

Do you provide cutlery, plates, napkins? 

 

I do provide cutlery, plates, and napkins all at an additional cost. Please inquire. 

Do you provide Beverages?

 

I do provide fruit infused water at an additional cost. We can do special requests for the brunch package or other events. (no alcohol) Please inquire. 

 

What is the set up procedure for grazing tables?

 

For CLASSIC + LUXE + BRUNCH tables I typically require 1.5-2.5 hours of set up time at the location/venue; this is entirely dependent on the size graze. We will advise accordingly. 

Do you stay on site, refill, and clear up? 

 

The nature of Grazing tables means that we do not have to stay on-site once the display is set up. The food provided is ample + adequate to feed the guests in one sitting + is not proportioned to require a refill. However if you are adding on drinks + would like them refilled throughout the reception + want a clean up service we can do that for an additional charge. 

 

Clean up is a breeze without the service as well. Just remove all decor, flatware, and serving utensils. Then roll up the kraft paper and throw away! The client is responsible for making sure the rentals are free of large particles of food and returning or arranging pick up of rentals with me.


 

How long does the food stay for?

 

The tables are best kept within a 4 hour time frame. Please ensure the table provided is placed in a cool + shaded area away from direct sunlight. Any grazing/charcuterie boxes purchased must be consumed within 24 hours. 


 

Do you need a kitchen for food prep?

 

No, I do not need a kitchen area for food prep. All the food will be prepped on arrival. If the venue has a fridge I will take advantage of this luxury. Just during the set up period, but if it does not have a fridge that is ok too.
